B48 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the b48 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. b48 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the b48 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon completion of the account registration process or your use of any services provided by b48.
The b48 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under the required age, you are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. b48 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to have been registered by an underage user.
Your continued use of the b48 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms in effect.
Account Creation & User Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the b48 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. b48 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the b48 support team immediately via our official email.
B48 reserves the right to freeze or suspend an account for security review when suspicious activity is detected. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have previously reported unauthorised access to us. Users are encouraged to use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
- Only one account is permitted per individual.
- Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared.
- Suspicious activity must be reported to the support team promptly.
- B48 reserves the right to request identity verification documents where necessary.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
B48 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate the system, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage b48's infrastructure will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or renting their b48 account to any third party. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and the freezing of any remaining balance pending investigation.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the b48 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include local online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet. b48 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not bear any currency conversion charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by b48 and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. All successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the designated timeframe, subject to the payment method used. b48 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the registered bank account details are accurate and held in the same name as the b48 account. b48 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for identity verification or suspicious activity investigation purposes before approving any withdrawal request.
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
B48 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or data loss at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and b48 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions or internet connectivity issues.
B48 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of an investigation conducted by b48.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the b48 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following a final review. Complete account closure requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the b48 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations, is the exclusive property of b48 or its content providers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from b48.
The b48 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. b48 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Your use of any third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to b48 regarding our platform or services may be used by b48 without any obligation to you. b48 will not provide any compensation in connection with the use of such feedback.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
B48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. b48 will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notices or registered email, but the ultimate responsibility to review the latest terms rests with the user.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the b48 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the document as a whole.
